Sales and Account Director

In my work at Reaper I pride myself on the close customer contact I maintain; helping to develop website concepts from first thoughts to end product. Those relationships continue after the sites have gone live by helping to keep them up to date and providing advice on everything from SEO to social. Many of the websites I have built use WordPress as the CMS, but I have used platforms such as Wix, Squarespace, Weebly, Joomla and Magento.

I also carry out Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Social Media work for clients. On the SEO side of things this has involved doing initial research into websites to gauge the level they are at before working with the client to create new content, as well as revising existing content. The optimisation work often coordinates with Social Media activity and I have been responsible for initial set up of accounts, consulting on best practice and periodic reviews of all social media activity and its effectiveness. I am also experienced at completely running multiple accounts independently for clients.

I have given several talks to local networking groups on subjects such as website design, MailChimp e-shots, and social media.

Educated at Westminster School in London, I went on to study French Language and Literature at the University of East Anglia (UEA) where I met Nicholas and we became good friends. Firstly pursuing a career in retail for a number of years, as a buyer at Hatchards in Piccadilly, and then assisting in the running of a family business, the Childrens Book Centre.
